HOW TO GET PREGNANT
ہم صرف کوشش کر سکتے ہیں اور اللّٰہ سے رحمت کی امید کر سکتے ہیں اللّٰہ پاک ہماری کوششوں کو قبول فرمائیے اور اپنی رحمت سے کرم کا سلسلہ فرمائیے ....آمین
This is a topic we all ladies suppose to discuss. I have realized that most of us fails/failed to because we tend to ignore small things which might lead to pregnancy failure .
1. Before trying to conceive . Please it is very important yo clean the womb .(Viginal discharge and iching cause due to viginal infection antibiotics like Metronidazole flygel is safe to treat such type of information or use herbal medicine Pak sypari is best for lecouria) The reason behind it because your womb may be dirty e.g (infection) instead of allowing your fallopian tube for fertilization , sperm would be killed by that infection before they can reach the tube
2. Target your ovulation days : most ladies don't know when and how to know they are ovulating .simply to know you are 'ovulating' you would have that ''horny''feeling of meeting your man . That is being horny and the COLOURLESS discharge would come out .that's ovulation sign it happens few days before yoir period . Use that chance otherwise other days might be useless
3. Avoid standing up immediately after sex or urinating . Because it kills or take sperm out before they can fertilize the egg.
4.Also test your hormones because ratio must have balanced for concive a baby
5. Let's avoid over thinking about pregnancy when you want to have a baby. E.g being to desperate to have a kid to and extend that you even go through fake signs of pregnancy, fake pregnancy has same signs of real pregnancy too E.g
** vomiting
** being fat or thick
**missing period or spotting
**nausae
**tiredness
**loss of appetite
** that's why when you test for pregnancy, you find out that the result is negative.......
'Why'? Because you are having fake signs of pregnancy produced by your hormones when you were desperately to have a kid
